May hours are as follows:
Sundays – May 1, 8, 15, and 29 – Noon to 4 PM (closed Sunday, May 22 for 3-Speed Tour)
Tuesdays – May 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31 – 7 PM to 9 PM
Thursdays – May 5, 12, 19, and 26 – 7 PM to 9 PM
We have given away 110 bicycles so far this year. We also have held the first class for Downtown Congregations to End Homelessness, and have done two recycling events. There is lots of new stuff in the shop for your shopping pleasure. We completed the annual spring maintenance trip to Stockholm, Wisconsin, and also had our biggest month yet in sales – over $2,000!!! We have been incredibly busy whenever the doors are open.
The wait list reopened on April 15 and is up to around 40 people, so we still need mechanics to come and fix bicycles. It has gotten to the point where the shop is so busy when we are open that we don’t get much repair work done, so we need mechanics even more. With spring cleanup season in full swing, we also have lots of parts to sort and put away, so we can use your help. Just come by whenever we are open and we will put you to work.
